The Moleskine series of small books of all shapes, sizes and uses are extremely amazing, as it could suck in any artist or writer into its world of binding and lines.
I picked up a cold-pressed watercolor moleskine and also a pretty nifty sketchbook (both mini size) within the past couple of days and they're great.
My boyfriend got me started on them, although somehow I feel like I would have ended up with atleast one in any case.
