Contemporary art is all that you want it to be, all that you want it to show to the viewer. To me, it's something that really cannot be labeled. The word "contemporary" is label enough to begin with but what I mean is, I don't think there are divisions of it (not of media anyway..). The creation of it in its time period might be the only exception. I gotta read more of this book I've started.
