i think it's really important to appreciate art history because i think of what is going on in our world now, and it does not seem like anything that has happened in past civilizations is happening now.
i understand, with change in time comes change in culture, but can't people still come to appreciate art and its history?
i feel that not many people even pay attention to it and not as many people are creating either.
modern art exists, i know; i just hope that when people are studying our culture in the future, art seems just as interesting.
it's not something that should become lost.
